Put the oil into a wok and when it is hot add the garlic and fry until it starts to turn brown.

|6 1⁄4||c||asparagus (cut into 1 inch pieces and blanch by putting into boiling water for one minute. Run under cold water and drain.)|
|1||T||tapioca flour (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)|

Put the oil into a wok and when it is hot add the garlic and fry until it starts to turn brown. Then add the asparagus and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add all the sauce ingredients and stir-fry to combine. Add the sugar and prawns and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then over a high heat add the tapioca flour and stir-fry until the sauce is thick. Serve.
