Ingredients

250gprawns (washed, peeled and deveined and then boiled in water for 1 minute)
6 1⁄4casparagus (cut into 1 inch pieces and blanch by putting into boiling water for one minute. Run under cold water and drain.)
4Toil (chopped)
12clvgarlic
1⁄2tsugar
1Ttapioca flour (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)
  Sauce
3Tlight soy sauce
3Toyster sauce
2cchicken stock
1tsesame oil
1⁄4tpepper

Instructions

Put the oil into a wok and when it is hot add the garlic and fry until it starts to turn brown. Then add the asparagus and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add all the sauce ingredients and stir-fry to combine. Add the sugar and prawns and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then over a high heat add the tapioca flour and stir-fry until the sauce is thick. Serve.
